              2010 malibu for routine oil change tire...

              2010 malibu for routine oil change tire rotation. Had to return it, as one of the tire pressure monitors got reset when I was driving by a police car that same day due to radio frequency interference. The service person relearned the tire pressure monitors and in less than two minutes, I was leaving the service bay. Thank You for a very very quick turnaround on the tire pressure monitor device relearn.

              I took my Traverse in for an oil change...

              I took my Traverse in for an oil change and to have the trailer wires hooked up. (The factory installs the wires but they do not attach them at the fuse box.) This was done and Dave (at the service desk) noted a recall on the water pump seal on his computer. This was checked out also. The shuttle van took me home and returned to pick up when the Traverse was ready. The service also included a car wash and a cup of coffee.

              Went to have oil change and tire...

              Went to have oil change and tire rotatation, and to investigate a winding noise. My wife convinced me we were going to start spending too much money to maintain our 2008, with almost 88,000 miles. Bottom line a new 40,000 car. We my have to have class's to drive this, but the car drives like a dream. The salesman showed me a bunch of things and my grand children will teach me and set up things

              I leased a 2013 Malibu 3 weeks ago. After...

              I leased a 2013 Malibu 3 weeks ago. After 2 weeks of driving it the back up camera stopped working. The dealership ordered and new camera and replaced it, but that didn't solve the problem. They had to order a new harness for the radio and replace that. They had the car for a week and gave me a loaner. The service department called me everyday with an update.

              I am always greeted courteous and friendly...

              I am always greeted courteous and friendly and always given great service. What ever service I need beyound what I come in for is explained to me in detail so that I have a clear understanding of what is required to keep my vehicle running. This is the reason I drive 19 miles for service passing other dealership and service center to maintain my car.
